  • Summary

    Responsible for implementing multi-channel marketing plans designed to increase awareness and generate business for Alliance Partners by performing the following duties.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Executes comprehensive, multi-channel marketing and communication plans that include email, webinars, social media, advertising, collateral creation, tradeshows, and other marketing tactics.*
    • Creates and maintains compelling web pages for each program and creatively expands web site presence to better support sales for programs on an ongoing basis.*
    • Tests, tracks, evaluates, and reports on results of all marketing initiatives to ensure proper use of budgeted resources and continuous improvement.*
    • Develops and maintains strong relationships with all program partners and engages in ongoing communication through regular status meetings and cross-organizational planning activities.*
    • Monitors competitive landscape, identifies customer needs, and proactively recommends appropriate adjustments to plans.*
    • Develops process documentation for internal marketing functions.*
    • Assist Marketing Manager with projects as needed.*
    • Other duties may be assigned

    *Essential Function

    Education and Experience

    Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; and 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Computer Skills

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro preferred.

    Specialized Training:

    • CRM - experience preferred
    • Design experience (preferred but not requirement)

    Language Ability:

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


    Math Ability:

    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.


    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
