Hard-working, detail-oriented, creative individual will handle coordinating the production schedules of ~400 online sell pages for the webcast product line. They will also support the marketing team with projects and multi-channel marketing efforts and complete them efficiently with a high level of quality.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Coordinates the creation of compelling and user-friendly webcast product pages on and optimize them for search and high conversion rates. Works proactively with product managers and online production team to maintain schedules and ensure event pages are published in a consistent and timely manner.*
  1. Develops monthly email campaign(s) for webcast calendar and other email promotions including image selection, copywriting, test plans, and working with product marketing managers to determine product mix.*
  1. Interprets data analytics about past webcast campaign performance and leverages this intel to improve campaigns.*
  1. Assist channel marketing manager with projects that may include email campaigns, digital and print advertisements, social media, direct mail, flyers, telesales, trade shows and exhibits, promotions, procuring content, competitive research, customer communications, sell sheets, presentations and other marketing tactics.*
  1. Creates and executes a small number of multi-channel marketing campaigns around specific audience segments.*
  1. Maintain content on topical and product line landing pages on and *
  1. Create promotional slides to be used in webcasts and conferences. *
  1. Ensures consistent tracking of marketing campaigns in the marketing operations database.*
  1. Assists with coordinating set up of promotion codes.*
  1. Develops process documentation for internal marketing functions as needed.
  1. Attends tradeshows, as needed (~ 1-3 per year max).

*Essential Funtion

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; less than one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook; experience with Marketing Operations on Demand, Atlassian JIRA, and Adobe Acrobat Pro preferred but will train.
