Acts as primary tier 1 as well as tier 2 customer support representative for products including RIVIO and CPA.com email. Provides supplemental support for business lines including AICPA Navigator, Compliance Tracker, and AICPA Store when needed by performing the following duties.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Blue Martini, Google Apps, and Zuora.
