Responsible for managing CPA.com account management team, and for helping to develop and execute CPA.com’s sales strategies and programs. Responsible for direct management of CPA.com account managers, and day-to-day activity of strategic/enterprise account managers. This position’s objectives are to grow organizational revenues, increase and maintain the sales organizations’ productivity, and to drive adoption of CPA.com’s products and solutions by performing the following duties.
Manages four to eight non-supervisory employees in the Sales Account Management Department. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and four to six years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, human resources systems, and contact management systems.
