    Develops and implements comprehensive marketing plans designed to increase awareness and generate leads to drive business for CPA.com partner programs and technology solutions by performing the following duties.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Develops and implements comprehensive marketing plans that include direct mail, email, webinars, collateral, tradeshows, and more.*

     

    1. Monitors competitive landscape, identifies customer needs, and proactively recommends appropriate adjustments to plans.*

     

    1. Develops and manages strong outreach to prospects to generate qualified leads for sales team.*

     

    1. Creates and maintains compelling web pages for each program; creatively expand web site presence to better support lead generation for programs on an ongoing basis.*

     

    1. Researches and initiates advertising opportunities to reach targeted prospects, facilitates program coverage and creates opportunities for joint webinars, special supplements, etc.*

     

    1. Coordinates tradeshow presence and promotions.*

     

    1. Identifies new opportunities for speaking engagements at relevant events.*

     

    1. Represents the company at national tradeshows to generate leads and network with program and channel partners.*

     

    1. Develops educational content and thought leadership materials to nurture leads.*

     

    1. Develops and maintains strong relationships with all program partners.*

     

    1. Engages in ongoing communication through regular status meetings and cross-organizational planning activities*

     

    1. Manages budgets for and tracks marketing expenses for each partner program.*

     

    1. Tests, tracks, and evaluates results of all marketing initiatives to ensure proper use of budgeted resources and continuous improvement.*

    Education and Experience

    Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; and four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Computer Skills

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce.com, Act-On, and Pardot.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

     

    Math Ability:

    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

     

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
