Detail-oriented Data Analyst to help drive data accuracy and integrity across our Salesforce platform and other systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, spotting patterns, and making systems run smoothly. You’ll play a key role in supporting business decisions by ensuring our data is clean, complete, and reliable across a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience with Salesforce.com and a strong ability to adapt to new technologies are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

1. Manage the Salesforce product catalog to ensure accurate tracking of company offerings.
2. Serve as tier 1 support for internal requests to the Revenue Operations team.
3. Assist with marketing automation workflows and data syncs to maintain visibility across platforms.
4. Support conference and event registration processes, including opportunity tracking.
5. Oversee event subscriptions and cancellations in Salesforce and related systems.
6. Manage opportunities generated by third-party partners in Salesforce.
7. Contribute to data quality initiatives, including periodic audits and enrichment efforts.
8. Manage ad hoc projects.
9. Facilitate account transfers and maintain accurate contact records.
10. Provide backup support as needed.

Computer Skills:

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role, with three days in the office and two days working from home each week.
